30-Day Return Policy

At Fierce Builder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@fiercebuilder.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Please include your RMA number in the return package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [customer service email] and follow the return instructions.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
